The Arkansas Corvair Club met at our regular meeting place, US Pizza on McCain Park Drive, NLR, on Tuesday, November 19. The meeting was called to order by president, Keith LaCrosse. The minutes from our October meeting were read and approved. Elvis King gave a financial report. We currently have $3,167.16 in our treasury. We had 23 members in attendance.

Keith reported to members that the committee that was appointed to begin planning for our club to host the Great Plains Roundup in 2015 is currently looking for a host hotel and a place to display the cars. This is the first step in the procedure. Several suggestions were discussed among which was to consider holding the event in a different location than Little Rock.

Keith advised members that we need to get a graphic artist to redesign our ACC logo in a format where it can be used anywhere. He is planning to approach some people who work with him on this.

We also discussed getting someone to build the ACC a club website. Donna Pentzer said her daughter may do this for us and she will approach her about it.

Keith also said he will get our club a yahoo account.

Jerry and Donna Pentzer recently went to Kansas City and the club there asked that we contribute $163.29 for our share of the trailer to store and transport the valve cover racetrack that is used yearly at the Great Plains Roundup. We voted to do this. We will bring the racetrack to Arkansas after the 2014 event and store it until we host in 2015.

Stew and Ronnie MacLeod said that they will once again host our annual after holiday party at their home in Little Rock. This will be on January 4.

Charles and Robert Redditt have completed the Corvair motor they built to go in the airplane they are building with Charless father. He invited members to see it in his car after the meeting.
