Meeting Minutes: August 15, 2017
The Arkansas Corvair Club met at our regular meeting place, US Pizza on McCain Park Drive, NLR, on Tuesday, August 15th, with 25 members in attendance.
The meeting was called to order by president, Tom Brown. The minutes from the July meeting were approved as read.
Elvis King gave the treasurerís report. We have $4,532.19 in our treasury.
Joe Espejo gave a report on the Shepherd of the Hills Car Show held in Branson, MO, August 10-12. Those representing the Arkansas Car Club were Joe and Christel Espejo, Clyde and Dee Jones, Vicki Cook, Rodney and Mary Arnold and daughters, Todd and Shirley Sanders and their daughter, Kelli and her friend, Heath; Frank and Mary Campbell, and DQ Perna. Joe said that the overall attendance was down this year, but it was a fun event and weekend.
Tom Brown suggested that our club go to the Petit Jean Car Museum on Saturday, November 4, and members agreed on that date. Tom said that lunch will be provided for us at the museum.
